Notice is hereby given to each person who owns, occupies or controls land in the City of Horico, County of Dodge, State of Wisconsin to destroy all weeds on such property before the plants bloom. Drain oil from vehicle. Put in covered container that is clean or has been used only for motor oil. Take to drop-off site at the City Garage. Never mix used motor oil with anti-freeze, gas, paint, paint thinners, pesticides, solvents or other liquids. --Steve Bogenschneider, Public Works Supervisor
