Rock River Laundry is a free wi-fi Laundromat located in Horicon at 220 Main St. Owners, Tom & Laurie have completely remodeled the laundry with new Maytag and Speed Queen appliances and turned the facility into a shiny, bright, and clean place.
We have rows and rows of machines ready to make quick work of your wash. This self-service coin laundry is open seven days a week from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Enjoy a comfortable atmosphere with our air-conditioned building along with snack/soda vending machines available. Plenty of off-street parking is also available

The Dodge County Pionier is the official newspaper for City of Horicon, Horicon School District, and Village of Iron Ridge. The Dodge County Pionier was re-established when the Horicon Reporter, The Mayville News, and the Lomira Edition were combined in July of 2009. The Dodge County Pionier was originally established as the areas newspaper in 1876. The local weekly newspaper will keep you up on all aspects of Horicon and its surrounding community’s news and issues.

Rock River Hills Golf Course is built along the Rock River with 13 of the 18 holes involving water. Considered the best kept secret in Southern Wisconsin, this is a very picturesque course with an abundance of wildlife roaming its terrain. The course has a 4 1/2 star rating by Golf Digest and is labeled as a “Hidden Gem” by Gary D’Amato. The par 70 course is referred to as a target golf course that presents the experienced golfer with rich rewards for accurate shots. There are 3 tee boxes on each hole which enable enjoyable play regardless of your playing ability. A full service pro-shop and club house are available for your every need. Our dining room overlooks the Rock River at the southern end of the Horicon Marsh Wildlife Refuge and has seating for 160 upstairs, and 75 downstairs. The large outdoor deck overlooks holes 6 and 9 as well as the Rock River; which is part of the Horicon Marsh Wildlife Refuge. We cater to all of your needs: golf outings, weddings, receptions, graduations, etc.

The Schauer Arts & Activities Center is the Kettle Moraine’s regional center for the arts, staging professional touring performances, hosting local arts and entertainment, showcasing regional visual artists, offering arts classes for all ages, and accommodating social and business functions. Originally a canning factory, the building was built in 1918. After extensive renovations, the Schauer Center opened in February 2001, and now boasts the 571-seat Ruth A. Knoll Theater, the Suckow Family Art Gallery, The Lodge and Ante meeting rooms, a catering prep kitchen, rehearsal hall, dance studio, and Pikes Peak banquet room.
